Were closer than you think.
We fight, and we keep the peace.
altogether we love each other.
we grow closer with each difference.

so he drinks and smokes, i can smell it.
i still love him just the same.
she's got some kind of depression... she gets kinda crazy.
i love her too.
they are all the same to me... my family.
i love them. no matter how hard it is sometimes.

my brother he annoys me, but thats what he does.
he's my brother i love him to.
and my sister, she's just... well a little sister.
i love her to.
and no matter how different i am to them
i love them more than anything the world can offer.

because friends come and go, but your family you will have forever.

as one of my extended family said,
"you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your family."

haha, funny people they are.

I say...if you come from a bad family...doesn't mean you have to be bad...often times this is a scenario I see....

Wealth and Materialistic things often get in the way of what's really important in life. You see these rich kids and they are completely oblivious to what they think life has to offer. And the viewpoints of often conflicted with those who are less fortunate financially. But what is often the case that will prove to be a true connection between the two is what feelings they share in their heart.

Case 1

A rich boy will grow up with Cell Phones, Fancy Designer Clothes, and his Dad's Credit Card. He gallantly buys whatever he wants and threatens to drop out of school if he doesn't get what he wants. He eventually gets kicked out of his home when he turns 18 and has no experience or knowledge of what it means to earn your keep. He eventually decided to do drugs and illigal acts to try and make decent bank.

Case 2 (based off the story "The Necklace"

A Poor girl who is beautiful feels she is entitled to the leisure life of aristocracy and parties. She convinces her husband to buy her a dress that costs him nearly all his life savings...and what's more...wants to borrow jewerly from her friend. But she loses the supposed diamond necklace...she then buys a REAL diamond necklace and works HARD to pay off her dept, losing her beauty and youth just to hide her shame.

Case 3

Whether Rich...Poor...or Neither...this individual can see past the TV ads...the fancy gizmos on the windows of a Mac store. He wears simple clothes...and enjoys the simple things. He keeps up with the times by reading about it. And learns to put want's vs needs in check. He is completely separated from the Rat Race of the world...and lives life...with an air of happiness and understanding.

Who is this Dude?

My man...Jack Johnson.

"Johnson had at this point become disillusioned with the professional surfing world, stating that the competitiveness was too much for him: "Guys were ready to kill each other to catch the next wave," Johnson remembers. He stated about the accident, "I like to joke that I hit my head so hard that that's why I'm so mellow, but I think it did mellow me out."

He's a real Mellow-Jello

Yeah my family can be annoying to me too, but I love them to death even if they were to stop loving me. witch one already has ... or at least thats what he said. Hopefully he's just joking or something.

But if someone in my family smokes... I would love them enough to strongly recommend they stop... couse its really bad for you you know I don't have to explain.

Jack Johnson is the bomb!

I will always love my family, no matter the cost-but another requires more love than that of my love for my family...sometimes it's hard to let go...
